Kimberly Oglesby

Kimberly Oglesby serves as the Regional Human Resources Business Partner at Vizrt Group since May 2021, bringing extensive HR experience from a 25-year tenure at Allstate. At Allstate, Kimberly held multiple roles including HR Business Partner/Senior Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed collaboration with HR centers of excellence on operational strategies related to talent acquisition, employee relations, and diversity. Other roles included Associate Manager, overseeing a team in Billing Operations, and Project Manager, managing cross-functional teams in project management disciplines. Kimberly also served as Regional Human Resources Manager, providing leadership for call center operations. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Science in General Management and Personnel Administration from the University of Central Missouri.
