Alena Likhacheva

Alena Likhacheva is an experienced professional in the fields of abuse management and technical support, currently serving as the Abuse Team Lead at V Kontakte LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Alena held multiple positions at Mail.Ru Group, including Abuse Team Leader and Lead Technical Support Manager, with a focus on deliverability, anti-spam initiatives, and relations with Email Service Providers (ESPs). Earlier experience includes a role as Technical Support Manager and Voice Operation Support Specialist at VimpelCom from August 2008 to July 2009. Alena holds two specialist degrees from the State University of Nizhni Novgorod named after N.I.
