Pascal van Loo

Pascal Van Loo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, organizational development, and change management. Since January 2021, Pascal serves as Senior Director of Human Resources and Head of Organizational Development at VLAIO - Flanders Innovation & Entrepreneurship. In addition, Pascal has been the Managing Director at Pasas Learning Change Mediation since August 2011, specializing in strategy implementation in learning, conflict mediation, and organizational change. Previous roles include Director of Personnel & Organization at SYNTRA Vlaanderen, Change Manager at Stedelijk Onderwijs Antwerpen, and Owner of Obelisk, a training and consulting firm. Pascal holds a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and an Advanced Management Programme from Vlerick Business School, complemented by various qualifications in systemic constellation and HRM.
