Tim Caudill

Tim Caudill has extensive experience in the construction and finance industries, currently serving as an Asset Manager at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. since February 2010. Prior to that role, Tim worked as a Home Consultant at Clayton Homes from February 2010 to April 2014. Tim's foundational experience includes positions in construction management from January 1998 to January 2001, and as a Field Engineer at Turner Construction between 1997 and 2000. Tim holds an educational background from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
