Marith Tieman

Marith Tieman currently serves as a Learning and Development Advisor at VMI Group, a position held since November 2022, after previously being a Learning and Development Specialist. Prior to VMI Group, Marith worked as the BTE Academie Coördinator at BTE Nederland B.V. from May 2022 to October 2022 and was employed at Mantel as a cash register and guarantee employee from May 2019 to July 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as an Ontwikkelaar leerdoelen at Dirksen Opleidingen in 2018. Marith holds a Post-HBO degree in Verandermanagement & Leadership from Utrecht Business School and a Bachelor of Education in Learning and Development in Organisations from HAN University of Applied Sciences, along with a minor in Interventiekunde and a Bachelor of Education in French Teaching from the same institution. Education was completed at Het Rhedens Rozendaal with a HAVO diploma in Cultuur en maatschappij and Het Rhedens Dieren with a VMBO-TL diploma in the same field.
