Cemile Sezer

Cemile Sezer is an accomplished professional currently serving as Directeur-bestuurder at Bizorg since June 2020 and as a Member of the Supervisory Board at SEOR BV since January 2018. In addition, Cemile holds the position of Ambassador at VNO-NCW Rotterdam starting from May 2011 and has been the General Director at Sezer since January 2000, focusing on diversity projects. As the initiator of Talentenklas since April 2012, Cemile supports potential gymnasiasts from underprivileged backgrounds in their educational journey. Previous roles include Quartermaster of Social Mobility and Area Manager in Rotterdam at De Verkeersonderneming, and Member of the Supervisory Board at Rotterdam Topsport. Cemile co-founded NEWBIZ and served on the board of the Comité Nationale Belangen until May 2015, alongside participation in the VNO-NCW West Women’s Network. Academic qualifications include Master's degrees in Management Organisation and Marketing, as well as Management and Cultural Change from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
