Niels Korf

Niels Korf has extensive experience in educational leadership, currently serving as Rector of Huygens College in Heerhugowaard at Stichting Openbaar Voortgezet Onderwijs Noord-Holland-Noord since May 2018, overseeing a team of approximately 200 colleagues and about 1650 students. Previously, Niels held various managerial roles at Nova College, where responsibilities included leading the Service Bureau for multiple campuses, facilitating the merger of operational teams, and enhancing ICT integration in education. Additionally, Niels contributes to VO-Raad as a board member and has experience as an independent instructor and online marketer. Niels holds a Master of Arts in International Relations History and multiple degrees in History and Education from the University of Amsterdam and Educatieve Faculteit Amsterdam.
