Currently serving as an Advisory Council Member at Harvard Business Review and holding multiple roles as Co-Founder at Entalpi AS, Santara Technology AS, and DU KAN AUKA AS, Olav also leads as Owner & CEO of OAB AS, specializing in innovations and developments. As Head of Science for the Norwegian Olympic Sailing Team and a Consultant & Sports Scientist at Olympiatoppen, Olav applies extensive expertise in coaching, particularly with the Norwegian Olympic Team in Triathlon, guiding elite athletes such as Kristian Blummenfelt and Gustav Iden.
