Patrick brings more than 25 years’ experience in infrastructure services and has held senior roles in both private and publicly listed companies.
Patrick established his own business, Integrated Maintenance Services in 2000 and was the founding Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Service Stream Ltd for six years from 2003. He then managed network construction as nbn’s Head of Construction from 2009 to early 2011. In 2011 Mr Flannigan co-founded Utility Services Group with Morgan Stanley and served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director until June 2015 when the company was acquired by an ASX listed company.
Patrick was appointed Managing Director of Urban Maintenance Systems Pty Ltd, an Australian provider of facilities and infrastructure management services to local and State government and private organisations from August 2016 to mid-2019.
Patrick is a Director of Western Chances, a not for profit organisation providing educational scholarships to young people in the western suburbs of Melbourne where he has served as honorary Treasurer since 2004.
Following appointment to the Melbourne & Olympic Parks Trust in 2016, Patrick was appointed Chair of the Trust in 2019.
Patrick’s past directorships include: Tesserant Ltd (Jan 2020 to Jan 2021), nbn co (2013 to 2019) and Australian Grand Prix Corp (2005 – 2016).
