Eva Kok

Eva Kok is a distinguished project manager specializing in urban bird conservation at Vogelbescherming Nederland since May 2024. Previously, Eva served as a postdoctoral researcher and PhD student at NIOZ Royal Netherlands Institute for Sea Research from September 2014 to June 2024, alongside completing several internships focused on avian ecology, including a project on Brent Geese migration and habitat preferences. Eva's academic background includes a Master of Science in Ecology and Evolution and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Amsterdam, as well as ongoing PhD studies in Avian Ecology at the University of Groningen. Throughout the educational journey, Eva contributed as a student assistant in various biology courses, demonstrating a strong commitment to both research and teaching within the field of ecological sciences.
