Douglas Chow

Douglas Chow is a skilled technical writer with extensive experience in documentation and content creation. Currently at Volanté Systems since December 2016, Douglas creates and revises documentation for Volanté POS systems, administers the company's Confluence Knowledge-base, and produces various user documentation and marketing materials. Prior to this role, Douglas worked at Help Desk Technology Corporation from August 2013 to November 2016, where responsibilities included updating changelogs, maintaining a Wiki knowledge base, and collaborating with Development and Quality Assurance teams. Douglas began a career in technical communication as a co-op student at IESO in 2013, focusing on internal documentation and content management processes.
