Julia Fletcher

Julia Fletcher currently serves as the VP of Finance and Operations at VOLT AI, starting in January 2024. Prior to this role, Julia held various positions at Aware, including Director of Finance and Senior Financial Analyst, from January 2018 until December 2023. Earlier experience includes a stint as a Financial Analyst in the Business Leadership Program at Synchrony in mid-2018, as well as a Business Analyst position at Surgical Partners in the summer of 2017. Julia began their career in finance at Olive, where responsibilities spanned from October 2015 to May 2017. Julia holds a Master of Accounting degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Communication Technology from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Julia is also an alumna of Libertyville High School.
