Boishakhi Banerjee

Boishakhi Banerjee is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations, including Voltas Limited and Unilever. As the Head of People and Culture at Voltas Limited, Boishakhi has demonstrated expertise in shaping organizational culture. Prior to this role, Boishakhi served as the Global HR Director for Water and Air Wellness at Unilever and held various senior positions within Hindustan Unilever Limited, including General Manager Reward for South Asia and Head of HR for Corporate Functions in the region. Boishakhi holds an MBA in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, obtained in 2004, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics, completed in 2002.
