Jessica Scott-Dutcher

Jessica Scott-Dutcher has extensive experience in engineering, design, and education, with a strong background in both management and technical roles. As the Director of Engineering at Voltus, Inc., Jessica has demonstrated leadership as a Team Lead Manager and Frontend Developer. Previous positions include UX Researcher & Designer at Delta.nyc, Recurser at Recurse Center, and various management roles at MongoDB, including Online Education Manager and In-Person Training Manager. Additionally, Jessica has served as Operations Manager, Community Manager, and Office Manager at Turntable.fm.
