Hailey Alles

Hailey Alles is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in social work and administrative support. Currently serving as a Treatment Specialist at Volunteers of America Delaware Valley since May 2024, Hailey focuses on assisting perpetrators of domestic violence through psychoeducation and psychotherapy, conducting both group and individual sessions. Since June 2021, Hailey has held the role of Administrative Assistant- Retention at Planet Home Lending, LLC, where responsibilities include monitoring sales calls, reviewing VA appraisal invoices, and supporting Loan Officers in maintaining an efficient loan process. Additionally, Hailey served as a Board Member for Women In Transition from August 2022 to January 2024. Educational achievements include pursuing a Master of Social Work at Rutgers University and earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Temple University.
