Dr. Prashant Shrivastava

Dr. Prashant Shrivastava is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in battery systems and performance optimization. Currently serving as an ESS Performance Engineer at Volvo Group since March 2024, Dr. Shrivastava oversees ESS performance for specific projects and defines battery system attributes. Contributions as a Member at Battery Associates and MIEEE indicate ongoing engagement with the broader engineering community. Previous positions include SoX and BMS Engineering Manager at Switch Mobility, where Dr. Shrivastava developed battery estimation algorithms and life optimization methods, and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, focusing on algorithm development and collaboration with external scientists.
