Vanessa Silveira

Vanessa Silveira currently serves as a Lean & Continuous Improvement Coach at Volvo Trucks North America, where responsibilities include supporting the VPS Director in mapping and progressing the Volvo Production System (VPS), implementing principles, facilitating audits, and coaching management and teams. Previously, at Volvo Group, roles included WPO Specialist and VPS Expert/Coach, focusing on continuous improvements and training in kaizen and VPS methodologies. Early career experience includes working as a Manufacturing Engineer at CNH Industrial, where WCM projects were developed, and leading various pillars of improvement. Vanessa holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering, an Associate of Science in Industrial Production Technologies and Management, and a certification in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering.
