Chirag Kotak is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director at Vonage since October 2021 and Co-Founder and COO at jumper.ai since June 2018, Chirag is focused on driving business growth and partnerships. Previously, as Head of Compliance Information & Analytics at Standard Chartered Bank from July 2016 to June 2018, Chirag led the development of analytics capabilities, delivering actionable insights to senior stakeholders. With a solid foundation in enterprise risk services developed during tenures at Deloitte in various capacities from 2006 to 2016, and an early career internship at Factiva, Chirag's expertise encompasses data analytics, compliance, and IT audit. Chirag holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Rutgers University and a Diploma with Merit in Information Technology from Temasek Polytechnic.
