Doug Hutchinson

Doug Hutchinson is an experienced product management professional with a robust background in telecommunications and technology. Currently serving as Sr. Product Manager for CPaaS at Vonage since February 2024, Doug previously held the position of Sr. Product Manager for CCaaS at Evolve IP from January 2022 to August 2023, leading product development to align with company strategy and customer needs. Doug's expertise includes introducing innovative Workforce Optimization products at NICE Systems from August 2017 to December 2021, overseeing global contact center projects at ShoreTel from 2010 to 2017, and directing product management at NEC Corporation of America from 2003 to 2009, where Doug developed strategic product roadmaps. Doug holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Oklahoma and an MBA in Technology Management from The University of Dallas.
