Jonathan Kershaw

Jonathan Kershaw is an experienced product manager with a strong background in customer engagement solutions. Currently serving at Vonage since July 2017, Jonathan focuses on enhancing the company's cloud contact center and inside sales platform. Prior to this, Jonathan worked at Rant & Rave as a product manager and presales, where Jonathan contributed to customer engagement solutions adopted by numerous FTSE companies. With extensive experience at eGain Corporation as a senior presales consultant, Jonathan helped organizations transform traditional call centers into omni-channel engagement hubs. Earlier roles include technical project manager at ETSI, software engineer positions at ETSI Technologies and On Demand Information Plc, and a graduate trainee role at Cumberland Building Society. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of St Andrews.
