Léa Galice has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2011, they started as a Legal Intern at Inner City Legal Centre (ICLC) and Livingstone Cie Lawyer, where they prepared legal documents, conducted legal research, and provided complex legal advice to clients. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an Innovation Project Manager at Paris&Co, where they co-developed the Welcome City Lab incubator and managed experimentation projects for start-ups in the travel industry. In 2016, they became the CEO and Co-founder of GALANCK, an Urban Cycling & Mobility Tech Brand, where they oversaw the development strategy, team management, fundraising, and marketing and communication operations. In 2021, they joined Voodoo.io as the Studio Director and Co-founder of VLV studio, a Hypercasual video game studio. In this role, they managed the development strategy, budget, team, and product marketability, resulting in the creation of 58 prototypes, 6 hot prototypes, 2 launches, and 80K downloads. Additionally, in 2021, they also worked as a Product Development Specialist. Overall, Léa Galice has valuable experience in project management, team leadership, product development, and entrepreneurship.

Léa Galice started their education at Lycée Georges Pompidou in Dubai, UAE, from 2002 to 2005. Léa then attended Lycée Charlemagne in Pointe Noire, Congo, and obtained their Baccalauréat S in 2007. Following that, they enrolled at the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, where they pursued a Double Licence in Business Law and Economics from 2007 to 2010. Léa continued their studies at the same university and completed a Double Master 1 in Business Law and Economics from 2010 to 2012. Finally, they attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL from 2012 to 2013 to earn a Master 2 degree in Technologies and Innovation Management (MTI) from the collaborative program with Dauphine, INSTN, Les Mines Paris, and ENS Cachan.
