Kristin Woeste

Kristin Woeste is a Partner at Vorys, Sater, Seymour and Pease LLP, where expertise lies in real estate financing transactions and general real estate matters as a member of the commercial and real estate practice group since September 2006. Kristin Woeste represents clients in various aspects of the acquisition, financing, ownership, development, and sale of office buildings, apartment projects, industrial facilities, senior living communities, and other commercial properties. Prior to this role, Kristin served as a Judicial Clerk for The Honorable Roger L. Gregory at the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit from August 2005 to July 2006. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law (2002-2005) and a Bachelor of Science in Journalism with minors in History and English from Ohio University (1998-2002).
