Juan Antonio Giménez Soriano, MSc, PMP, MBA, CIA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in maintenance management and project oversight across the cement and aggregates industries. Currently serving as Regional Maintenance & CAPEX Manager for Votorantim Cimentos since July 2021, Juan delivers technical support and strategic planning for cement plants and grinding stations in Europe, Africa, and Asia. Previously, as Technical Services Manager at Titan America, Juan oversaw maintenance operations at one of the largest aggregates plants in the United States. With a solid background at Holcim as a Subject Matter Expert and Regional Internal Audit Technical Supervisor, Juan has successfully led audits and improvement initiatives across multiple countries in the Americas. An accomplished educator, Juan holds multiple advanced degrees and certifications, including a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
