Martin Maierhofer

Martin Maierhofer is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and engineering management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Development at VOXX International Corporation since June 2020, Martin leads and mentors engineering teams while collaborating closely with product teams to align technical goals with product requirements. Previous roles include Manager of Software and Systems Validation, where Martin improved QA processes and implemented automated testing, and a variety of engineering positions at Directed, Esterline CMC Electronics, CAE Inc., Kanata Air Balancing and Engineering Services, and Fugro Airborne Surveys, showcasing a diverse skill set in software and systems validation, project management, and technical risk assessment. Martin holds a degree in Computer Systems Engineering from Carleton University and a diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology from Algonquin College.
