Kyle Puffer

Kyle Puffer is a seasoned actuary with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Actuary and Senior Vice President at Voya Financial since August 2013. In this role, Kyle oversees actuarial valuation, modeling, assumption setting, reinsurance, and financial reporting for all products and businesses. Prior to this, Kyle held various leadership positions at Prudential Financial, including Vice President roles in Annuities Finance and Retirement Pricing, and spent six years at CIGNA as an Actuarial Manager. Kyle's academic background includes a BA in Mathematics with a focus on Actuarial Science from the University of Connecticut.
