Steve McGonagle

Steve McGonagle currently serves as the AVP of Leave Management at Voya Financial, where responsibilities include driving the development and execution of the Integrated Leave Management strategy since May 2020. Prior to this role, Steve was the National Practice Leader for Absence Management at The Standard, focusing on strategic development and relationship management. Previous experiences include roles at FINEOS as AVP Product Manager, Broadspire as a National Account Manager, Unum as Manager of National Client Group Implementation, and various positions at Prudential Financial, including Business Manager and Technical Disability Consultant. Steve began a career in the insurance industry at Unum as a Disability Benefits Specialist. Steve earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern Maine - School of Business.
