Ricardo Hassan

Ricardo Hassan is a seasoned software engineering professional, currently serving as the Software Engineering Department Manager at Voyager Space since December 2024. Previously, Ricardo held key positions at Haemonetics as Associate Director of Embedded Software, leading an embedded software team that delivered regular software updates for various product lines, and L3Harris Technologies as Software Engineering Manager. Prior experience includes significant roles such as Principal Firmware Engineer at both SetPoint Medical and Medtronic, where contributions involved leading teams for the development of mobile medical applications and embedded software for insulin delivery systems. Ricardo's early career includes a tenure at L-3 as Engineer Staff, focusing on sonar software, and at JPL, where contributions were made to flight software for space missions. Ricardo earned a B.S. in Engineering and Applied Science from Caltech.
