Michael Hattamer

Michael Hattamer is a seasoned packaging professional with extensive experience in packaging sourcing, development, and project management. Currently serving as Manager of Packaging Sourcing at Voyant Beauty since March 2022, Michael is responsible for developing and implementing sustainable packaging strategies while managing cost savings programs. Prior to Voyant Beauty, Michael held various roles at L'Oréal, including Manager of Packaging Development & Sourcing and Logistics Launch Manager, where responsibilities included leading product development for Garnier skincare and ensuring timely product launches. Michael’s experience at Kimberly-Clark as a Senior Packaging Developer and a Packaging Engineer involved leading packaging initiatives for major brands and optimizing costs for various product lines. Michael’s career began at Hattamer Family Farm, fostering a foundation in operational control and problem-solving. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
