Randy Carbine

Randy Carbine is a highly experienced Senior Architect at Voyatek since November 2022, with a robust background in software engineering and project management. Prior to Voyatek, Randy held various roles at RSI from July 2001 to November 2022, including Executive Consulting Manager and Senior Software Engineering Manager, overseeing critical projects such as the implementation of the Revenue Premier Solution for Kentucky and the City of Seattle Tax Audit project. Randy began a career in the aerospace industry as a Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Inspector at Raytheon Aerospace, contributing to avionics upgrades for the KC-135 weapon systems. Randy's foundational experience includes service as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force, supporting aircraft maintenance and logistical operations. Randy earned a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Park University between 1997 and 2001.
