Vicki Soares

Vicki Soares, PMP, CSM is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and software development. Currently serving as Team Lead Manager at Voyatek since October 2020, Vicki assists clients in overcoming present challenges and preparing for future needs. Previously, as a Principal Consultant at Sierra-Cedar from 2000 to December 2019, expertise centered on the management of enterprise systems within state and local governments, focusing on areas such as requirements definition and IT strategic planning. Vicki's earlier roles include positions as Software Engineer at MedImpact, Senior Programmer/Analyst at New Media Telecommunications Inc, and Lead Programmer at IVID Communications, demonstrating a strong foundation in both software development and team management. Vicki holds a BA in Journalism from San Diego State University.
