Jeffrey Valle

Jeffrey Valle is currently a Customer Support Center Representative at VPLS. Jeffrey previously worked as a Security Operations Center Analyst at VPLS from July 2021 to August 2022. During their time as an analyst, they were responsible for responding to security events, conducting investigations, and providing mitigation recommendations. Jeffrey also led the department in creating cyber security playbooks and decision trees. Additionally, they managed and troubleshot various tools such as the SIEM, Network Analyzer, EDR, and Next Generation Firewalls. Jeffrey has also performed monthly and quarterly firewall reviews for customers.

Jeffrey Valle received their Bachelor’s Degree in Cyber Security from California State University-San Bernardino. Jeffrey also holds an Associates of Science in Business Administration from San Bernardino Valley College, as well as an Associates of Science in Business Administration and an Associates of Arts in Liberal Arts from San Bernardino Valley Community College. In addition, Jeffrey Valle has a High School Diploma in General Studies from Fontana High School. Jeffrey is also certified by the CNSS (Committee on National Security Systems) in CNSS 4011 - Information Security Professionals and CNSS 4012 - Senior System Manager, and they have (ISC)² certification in Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Finally, they have CompTIA certification in CompTIA Network+ ce.
