JJ King is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and vacation rental management industry, co-founding Beachside VR in May 2022, which has grown to nearly 300 properties in under two years. King has held various roles, including Product Owner at Vintory, where responsibilities included optimizing software offerings and transitioning the company to a self-service model. Prior experience includes founding VRM Leads, where lead generation and appointment setting for property managers was the focus. With a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Florida Gulf Coast University, King has also served as Business Development Manager at Hire Scene and General Manager at Airmaids, LLC, contributing to significant growth and operational success in each role. Currently, King is a member of the Board of Directors at the Vacation Rental Management Association and a member of the Board of Advisors at NowBoarding.
