Lisa McKinley

Lisa McKinley is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in people and culture management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner for Vuori since July 2022, McKinley previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Starbucks, focusing on talent planning and employee relations for premium retail locations. Prior to Starbucks, McKinley spent 21 years at Nordstrom, progressing through various roles including HR Director and Talent Acquisition Manager, where responsibilities included leading talent management initiatives, driving organizational change, and managing employee engagement efforts. McKinley holds a Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University.
