Lasse Dalby Jensen

Lasse Dalby Jensen is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and consultancy. Currently serving as Farm Manager at Danske Nødder since December 2021, Lasse focuses on producing high-quality walnuts, hazelnuts, and chestnuts for Danish restaurants. Additionally, Lasse works as Chefkonsulent at Vurderingsstyrelsen, specializing in business intelligence, data management, and project management. Previous roles include Program Manager at Lejre Kommune, Special Consultant at Københavns Professionshøjskole, and Senior Consultant & Project Manager at Professionshøjskolen Absalon, where responsibilities encompassed strategic project management and quality assurance. Lasse holds a Master of Science in Strategy, Organization & Leadership from Copenhagen Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration & Organizational Communications from the same institution.
