Mark Braam

Mark Braam is an experienced nursing professional with a diverse background in healthcare management and specialized nursing roles. Currently serving as Treasurer and core member of the Special Interest Group Vascular Access at V&VN since April 2019, Mark also works as a vascular access nurse and dialysis nurse at Spaarne Gasthuis, where Mark has been employed since August 2015. Mark’s previous roles include care coordinator positions at Stichting Sint Jacob and Jacob kliniek Revalidatie, overseeing teams in geriatric and orthopedic rehabilitation care, respectively. Early career experience includes team coordination in neuro-rehabilitation at Reade and security management roles. Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree in Registered Nursing from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has additional specialized training in vascular access nursing.
