Our team is represented by highly qualified experts with extensive working experience in major Russian and international oil and gas companies, federal executive authorities, research and consulting organizations.

The company’s main activity is strategic consulting for business, analytical support for public authorities, energy sector research.

VYGON Consulting majors in improving taxation and subsoil use systems. Energy production, refining and consumption models are implemented as a basis to build up scenarios of oil and gas industry development and devise proposals on the industry improvement within the external environment and regulatory options.

VYGON Consulting experts have implemented several important projects for the economic development of Russian oil and gas industry: designed a draft continental shelf State program, legal acts to stimulate gas flaring reduction, mineral extraction tax exemptions for hard-to-recover oil reserves, taxation and pricing systems for gas sector, oil industry "tax maneuver"​.
