Dr. Fabian Lais

Dr. Fabian Lais is a highly experienced professional in the chemical industry, currently serving as the Productivity Lead for EMEA/AP at W. R. Grace since March 2020. Prior to this role, Dr. Lais held the position of Plant Manager at BASF Colors & Effects from April 2019 to March 2020 and served as Technical Industry Manager at INEOS Styrolution from January 2015 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Betriebsleiter and Technical Product Manager. Dr. Lais earned a Doktor (Ph.D.) in Polymer Chemistry from The University of Freiburg between 2006 and 2014 and a Betriebswirt (VWA) from VWA Hochschule für berufsbegleitendes Studium from 2011 to 2014.
