Jared Phillips

Jared Phillips is a professional with extensive experience in human resources and team relations within diverse industries. Currently serving as a Team Member Relations Advisor at Grainger since July 2024, Jared previously held multiple positions at Imperial Supplies from May 2018 to September 2024, including Human Resources Manager and Contact Center Manager. Prior to that, Jared worked at Best Buy as an Assistant Store Manager and at Geek Squad as Deputy of Counter Intelligence. Additional experience includes roles at Cinemark as General Manager and Assistant Manager. Jared earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.
