Pete Gillam

Pete Gillam is a seasoned Manufacturing and Production Engineer with extensive experience across various industries, currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at WAE since October 2023 and a Production Engineer at Veolia Nuclear Solutions since October 2020. Previous roles include production engineering positions at WaveOptics and Pulse Power and Measurement Ltd, where expertise in Material Requirement Planning (MRP) and New Product Introduction (NPI) was developed. Other notable positions include NPI Engineer at Güralp and Production Electronics Engineer at Penlon Ltd, where contributions to continuous improvement, electronic test procedures, and design for manufacture principles were significant. Pete also has a solid foundation in project management and quality assessment, having worked at Displaydata and Lucy Switchgear, and holds an HNC in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Burnley College.
