Janice Chiang

Janice Chiang is an experienced professional in innovation and operations, currently serving as Associate Director and Head of Operations at WE Communications since November 2022. As Co-Founder of Invisible Studios Pte Ltd since January 2014, Janice developed Tree Potatoes, one of Singapore's largest social media content creators, where contributions included production, scripting, acting, and editing. Formerly, Janice was Director of Operations at Big 3 Media from June 2019 to October 2022, leading sales and operations teams and achieving a 30% increase in sales revenue. Other roles held include Head of Operations, Head of Marketing, and Business Development Manager at Big 3 Media, along with an Operations Executive position at Garena Online, where Janice managed regional e-sports leagues.
