Emmanuel Rivera

Emmanuel Rivera is a seasoned manufacturing and operations leader with extensive experience in various capacities across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Wagner Spray Tech since November 2024, Emmanuel previously held the position of Director of Operations at Sportech Inc. from May 2023 to November 2024. Prior to that role, Emmanuel was with Medtronic from March 2020 to May 2023, where roles included Value Stream Manager, Senior Manufacturing Manager, and Operations Program Manager. With a foundational career at John Deere from 2004 to 2019, Emmanuel's roles encompassed Corporate HR Representative and various management and engineering positions. Emmanuel holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northern Iowa and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville.
