Rahsaan Bahati

Rahsaan Bahati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in cycling and community outreach. Currently serving as a DEI Board Member for USA Cycling since October 2019, Bahati is dedicated to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion within the sport. As the founder of the Bahati Foundation, Rahsaan supports health and education for inner-city youth through cycling outreach programs. With a background as an estimator at Factory Collision and the owner of Bahati Racing, a pro cycling team and brand, Bahati has developed a diverse skill set that includes coaching, product development, and graphic design. Previous roles include Social Impact Manager at Zwift and Principal at Methods to Winning LLC, demonstrating a strong commitment to cultivating positive community impacts and inspiring the next generation of cyclists. Bahati holds a high school diploma from Crenshaw High School and studied Telecommunication at Indiana University Bloomington.
