Seth Phillips

Seth Phillips is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end hospitality settings. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at Monarch Beach Resort since October 2019, Seth previously held positions as Sous Chef at Fairmont Austin and Omni Hotels & Resorts, as well as Chef de Cuisine at Bouchon Restaurant. Seth's culinary education includes an Associates in Culinary Arts from Texas Culinary Academy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University, providing a strong foundation in both culinary skills and business management.
