Holly Allen

Holly Allen has extensive leadership experience in engineering and technology, currently serving as Secretary and Board Member for Walk San Francisco and Advisor for Upsolve and MO. Previously, Holly held significant positions at Slack, including Senior Director of Engineering for the Platform and Director of Engineering for Reliability, leading large teams to develop foundational APIs and enhance system reliability. Holly's earlier roles include Head of Engineering at 18F/GSA and Head of Software Development at the Public Library of Science, overseeing sizable engineering organizations and agile projects. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Holly's career spans over two decades across various sectors, including biotech, media, hardware, and IoT.
