Zachary Brown

Zachary Brown is an experienced professional in the field of Seniors Housing Investment Sales, currently serving as Associate Director at Walker & Dunlop since August 2019, where Zachary has underwritten over $5 billion in Seniors Housing assets. Prior to this role, Zachary held various positions at Marcus & Millichap from March 2019 to August 2019, including Senior Analyst and Analyst, where responsibilities included creating financial statements and conducting market research for real estate investments.
