Health and Safety Team

The Health and Safety Team at Walker Industries is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of over 1200 employees across North America. This team works proactively to identify and mitigate risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety within all divisions—Aggregates & Construction, Environmental, and Emulsion. By focusing on continuous improvement and excellence in health and safety practices, the team supports Walker's mission of caring for its people, communities, and the environment.
