Simona Ciraolo

Simona Ciraolo is a skilled book author with extensive experience in children's literature and animation. Currently, Ciraolo works as a book author for Walker Books since September 2017 and for Flying Eye Books since January 2014. Previous experience includes roles as a background artist and colorist for the feature film “Le Secret d’ Eleonore” at Lanterna Magica in 2008, animator positions at Nexus Productions and Th1ng in 2009, and a freelance flash animator for Tandem Films from January 2007 to August 2008. Additionally, Ciraolo illustrated the children's book "La mamma ha un bambino nella pancia" for Lavieri Editore in 2007. Ciraolo holds a Master's degree in Children's Books Illustration from Cambridge School of Art - ARU (2011-2014) and attended Centro Sperientale di Cinematografia from 2001 to 2004.
