Melanie Niederberger is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and education. Currently serving as an L&D Partner and previously in various talent acquisition roles at Wallapop, Melanie focuses on empowering sustainable consumption. Prior experience includes IT and digital talent acquisition at Akuaro, language teaching at elprofeacasa and Alpadia Language Schools, and IT helpdesk/customer service at MST HOLDING. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Psychosocial Research & Intervention from Universitat de Barcelona and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Educational Sciences from the University of Bern.
