Stan Graham

Stan Graham is a partner at Holland & Knight LLP and a Rule 31 Listed Mediator, having represented management exclusively in employee relations since 1996. Prior to this, Stan served as an Assistant Attorney General in Alabama, where responsibilities included defending complex civil rights and employment cases. Early career experience includes working as a server at Red Lobster, which taught valuable lessons in customer service and the importance of education. Stan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Samford University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Florida.
