Danielle Semsrott

Danielle Semsrott, AICP, currently serves as Senior Manager in U.S. Realty & Development at Walmart, focusing on lease negotiations and renewals across multiple states while managing a portfolio of over 500 stores. In previous roles at the City of Bentonville, Danielle gained extensive experience in comprehensive planning, including zoning research, community development, and project management. Danielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from Missouri State University, earned between 1999 and 2003.
